Cecil County Executive, and BDC Board Member, Tari Moore has been selected by the National Association of Counties (NACo) to be one of the 25 county leaders from across the United States to attend the County Leadership Institute in Washington, D.C. in June. The institute is offered in partnership with Cambridge Leadership Associates.
