BDC Releases RFP for Environmental Assessment and Reuse Strategy
The BDC has released an RFP to complete an Environmental Assessment of the Bainbridge Property, complete with an on-site soil investigation, risk assessment, remedial strategy and a new reuse plan for development. The RFP can be accessed by clicking HERE. Questions due October 3, 2016 and proposals due October 17, 2016.

Tome School Tours Kick-Off in April

Tome School RFQ deadline extended
The BDC will accept bids for the Tome School feasibility study up until March 7, 2016. This is an extension from the original deadline of February 29, 2016.
